What You'll Do Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans. Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities. Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment. Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care and support. What You'll Bring A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with people. Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to resident care and dignity. High school diploma or equivalent. Current CNA certification or Medication Aide certification is a plus, but not required in some cases depending on role requirements.
