What You'll Do Provide warm, engaging personal care, support, and companionship to residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individualized care plans. Observe and report changes in residents' condition, needs, or routines to support updates to their Resident Care Plans. Encourage and support resident participation in community programs and activities. Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered care environment.
