Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Medication Management | Full-Time | Northern Virginia Are you a CNA who thrives in a close-knit environment where you're more than just a badge number? We're looking for a dedicated CNA to join our care team—someone who values flexibility, genuine connection with residents, and being part of something meaningful. What You'll Do As our Medication Management CNA, you'll play a vital role in resident safety and well-being: Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and Virginia regulations Maintain meticulous medication administration records (MARs) Monitor residents and promptly communicate any concerns to leadership Coordinate medication orders, refills, and pharmacy pickups Collaborate with caregivers to ensure continuity of care Step in where needed—because in a small team, we all pitch in What We're Looking For Active Virginia CNA license (required) Active Virginia Medication Technician license (required) 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting (preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety Professional communication skills Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and move throughout the facility Most importantly: We need someone who genuinely cares.
