If so, the staff Harbourway - Assisted Living, and Marina Bay - Memory Care Unit are anxious to meet you! We are searching for additional team members who appreciate a cooperative leadership style and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal team member brings a mindset for service, teamwork, and a strong desire to learn and perform the right actions for the situation. They have a patient/resident centered care focus and are comfortable working with a diverse group of coworkers. A willingness to learn and make a conscious choice to be positive daily is a must.
Position Type:
Part-time or PRN Hiring Range:
($20.00 - $24.00/hr) plus evening/nights/weekend shift differentials, and an RMA shift differential ($1/hr)
Shifts Available Part-Time:
3-11pm
PRN:
7am-3pm, 3pm-11am, 11pm-7am, 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am Please note: This is a combo position for a candidate with both CNA and RMA certification. When working as an RMA per the schedule, an RMA shift differential will apply on top of any evening, night, and/or weekend shift differentials. Earn a competitive hourly rate based on years of experience, plus applicable shift differentials.
Additional compensation includes:
Hourly employees: 1.5x Holiday Pay 1.5x Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week Full-time employees: Generous PTO beginning with a maximum of 104 hours annually

Observe and report changes in resident condition, medication effectiveness, adverse reactions, or refusals. Monitor vital signs and other health indicators as required for medication administration. Maintain medication carts and storage areas in compliance with facility policies and state regulations. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, residents, families, and pharmacy providers. Assist with medication inventory, counts, and refill coordination. Ensure compliance with all medication safety, infection control, and resident care standards. Qualifications Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification required. Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred. Strong documentation, communication, and resident care skills.
