Overview We are seeking dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated caregiving team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to individuals in their homes. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help enhance the lives of those you serve by offering attentive support, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper patient transfer methods like Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for changes in health status, reporting findings accurately to healthcare professionals Support medication reminder guidelines and care plans to ensure safety and compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs, including meal planning and cooking Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties and infection control practices Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Skills Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or aging populations such as geriatrics or hospice care Strong knowledge of patient observation, monitoring, and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations Familiarity with care plans and medication reminders Ability to assist with mobility using Hoyer lifts or other patient transfer methods safely Experience working with seniors Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork Join us if you're passionate about providing compassionate care in a dynamic environment! Pay:
$14.86 - $15.30 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
