Role:

Sunset Care Homes LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our caring team in Virginia Beach, VA, specifically for the 7am-3pm, 3p-11p, and 4p-9p shifts (other shifts will occasionally be available). Alternate weekends are

REQUIRED.

Full and Part Time potential.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to nursing staff Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents Document resident care and observations accurately in accordance with facility protocols Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:

Nurse Aide (CNA, HHA, PCA) certification in the state of Virginia. Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or residential care setting a plus Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with nursing staff Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to serve others Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with transfers

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 50.0 per week
