Job Summary Currently seeking independent contractors with the following titles; Nurse, MedTech, or Aide, who take pride in providing compassionate and comprehensive care to residents in a vibrant senior living or healthcare setting. In this vital role, you will deliver personalized patient care, assist with daily activities, and support medical procedures to promote health, safety, and well-being. Your energetic and proactive approach will help create a warm environment where residents feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring specialized care, including those with complex medical needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, or disabilities. Duties Assist residents with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards Support residents with specialized needs like tube feeding, catheter care, and memory or dementia care Document all patient interactions and medical information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with state healthcare regulations Perform manual handling tasks safely during resident transfers or heavy lifting activities while following proper procedures for resident safety Requirements Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home & community care environments Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and senior care best practices Valid licensure from the State Board of Nursing or relevant licensing authority for Nurses, MedTechs or Cnas Certifications such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and HIPAA compliance training recommended Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks involving residents or equipment Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation Strong communication skills for caregiver collaboration and resident interaction Knowledge of state healthcare regulations and senior living facility standards Join us in delivering exceptional care that enriches lives!
