Saving Grace Home Care LLC is fast-tracking applications this role! We are seeking 2 reliable Personal Care Aides to join our 30-person team in Williamsburg, VA for immediate placement . If you are compassionate, dependable, and ready to work, we want to talk to you today. About the Role You will provide one-on-one care for elderly or disabled clients in their homes or local facilities, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working We are looking for Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Staff Responsibilities Assist Clients with ADL care, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting Ensure Clients receive their proper medication on time Communicate with medical professionals about Clients health or issues that may arise Prepare meals in accordance with dietary needs Escort clients to medical appointments Encourage activities inside and outside the home to enrich the quality of life Work independently in an in-home or facility setting Qualifications Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs High attention to detail PCA/CNA Certification Current CPR Clean Background Reliable Transportation Outstanding attendance Schedule Hiring for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends Immediate placement available for 2 caregivers Compensation Starting pay: $16.50/hour — or higher depending on experience and complexity Weekly pay PRN (as-needed) opportunities available
