Job Summary Join our compassionate team as a Personal Care Aide or Nurse Aide, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring assistance with Activities of Daily Living. Your dedication will help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Assist with meal prep as needed, per the Plan of Care Light housekeeping tasks for the areas used to maintain a clean and safe environment Clear communication to clients, as well as to Agapé Home Care Other tasks as indicated in the Plan of Care, or as assigned Qualifications Personal Care Aide or Nurse Aide certification 1 year prior experience working as a PCA or Nurse Aide is preferred Experience with specialized care such as dementia care, memory care, or caring for individuals with other special needs is advantageous Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
