  • 7:00 AM All shifts have rotating weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities Resident Assistant/ PCA/ CNA Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, transferring, and ambulation Assisting resident with day-to-day living in task Encourage and assist residents in exercise programs and community activities Dining Assistance Help set up the dining room and serve meals Assist residents during mealtime and ensure a clean dining environment Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols and report accidents/incidents Complete orientation and training per state and community guidelines Monitor and report changes in residents' health status Communication & Documentation Maintain accurate records in the Daily Log and Resident Service Book Complete assignments and documentation as scheduled Leadership & Team Support Lead by example—stay engaged, involved, and accessible
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Experience:
Six (6) months of long-term care experience preferred
Testing:
Pre-employment drug test and background check required Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills A caring and compassionate attitude Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Join Our Team Today!
