We provide personalized, compassionate non-medical care that helps our clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Job Description We are seeking a dependable, caring Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our growing team. As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping with daily activities while offering companionship and peace of mind to families. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping Offer companionship and respite care for family caregivers Support clients with mobility and daily routines Travel to client homes throughout Southern Vermont using your own vehicle Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Requirements Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the State of Vermont Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license Willingness to travel to multiple client locations Must pass a background check and drug screening Availability to work nights and weekends Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving Reliable, punctual, and compassionate Compensation & Benefits $22.00-26.00/hour Mileage reimbursement: $0.755/mile How to Apply Interested candidates should apply through Indeed or visit familyfirsthomecares.org for more information.
