Job Description
The Pines Rehabilitation & Health Center is a 60 Bed SNF/NF facility that provides Quality and Compassionate Resident Centered Care to the residents we serve. We're located in Beautiful Lyndonville, VT. We are currently accepting applications for a Licensed Nursing Assistant and Licensed Nursing Assistant in Training. As an LNA, your primary role includes: Provide personal care which includes but not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing and assistance with meals Daily documentation Light housekeeping Promote and participate daily activities for the residents Take and record vital signs as well as weights Follow all infection control protocols Communicate and document any and all changes in resident overall health We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
