40 Hours/Week Local & Travel Candidates Welcome Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to provide quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care facility in Randolph Center, Vermont. This is a 10-week contract offering 40 guaranteed hours per week with rotating evening and night shifts. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions. Take and document vital signs. Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Follow care plans and infection-control procedures. Assist nurses and healthcare staff with resident care. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Requirements Current LNA/CNA certification as applicable to Vermont requirements LTC experience required Active VT or Compact license/certification as applicable at the time of submission Current BLS certification 1 years of LTC experience Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
Radius Requirement:
Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates. Candidates living 50-100 miles away may be considered at a reduced rate.
OT:
Daily OT after 24 hours and weekly OT after 48 hours, based on applicable multiplier.
Pay:
$31.00 - $33.67 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
