36 hours/week We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LNA for a 12-hour evening shift contract opportunity at Mountain View Center in Rutland, VT .

Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care and assist with ADLs Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Take and document vital signs Assist with transfers and repositioning Maintain resident safety and comfort Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team Follow infection-control and facility safety standards

Requirements:
