Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. This vital role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals across various healthcare settings, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, assisted living communities, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and comfort while supporting clinical staff with essential caregiving duties. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through attentive and respectful care.
Job Summary:
Assisted patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Monitored and recorded vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition, reporting concerns promptly to the nursing team. Would be required every other weekend. Provided safe patient transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive equipment to prevent falls and skin breakdown. Maintained accurate patient documentation, ensured infection control compliance, and kept patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked. Supported nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team by delivering compassionate patient care, responding to call lights, and promoting patient comfort and safety.
Requirements/ Certificates:
1 year of experience CNA certificate
BLS STATE OF LICENSURE
