Role:

As an LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant 6 to 2, you will provide high-quality care to our patients and residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and reporting vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse Providing personal care and hygiene assistance Assisting with mobility and transfers, such as walking, getting out of bed, and using the bathroom Maintaining patient records and reports Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of patient care plans

Requirements:

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills
