Shift Differentials:

M-F 2nd shift

• $3.00 M-F 3rd shift
• $4.00 Sat/Sun 1st shift
• $4.00 Sat/Sun 2nd shift
• $8.00 Sat/Sun 3rd shift
• $10.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming Take and record vital signs Assist with transfers and mobility Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents Support residents and families with compassionate, person-centered care Assist nursing staff with wound care and other clinical procedures Document care accurately in our electronic health record system

Requirements:

Current NH LNA license in good standing Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality resident care
