Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises. Prepare meals and assist with proper nutrition and hydration. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when appropriate. Provide medication reminders. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
