As our care team continues to grow, we are looking for dedicated Home Care Aides (HCA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who bring kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude to every shift. Position Overview In this role, you will provide essential support with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents in a warm, home-like environment. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support Assist with medication administration in accordance with care plans Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Monitor, document, and report vital signs and overall condition Support mobility, transfers, and light exercise Build meaningful relationships by offering companionship and emotional support Qualifications Active CNA or HCA certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Reliable transportation Ability to safely lift and assist up to 50 lbs

$19.50 - $23.00 per hour
