We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County. As a CNA , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes, helping them to feel, see, and experience more in their lives. About the
Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant with SYNERGY HomeCare of East King County, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to clients, including personal care, transfers, and ambulation Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications and treatments as directed by the client's care plan Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed Engage in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being Document client care and progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records

Requirements:

Salary:
