Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | $24-$30/hour | Sequim Bay Post Acute Join our care team at Sequim Bay Post Acute as a Certified Nursing Assistant and make a real difference in residents' lives every day! We're looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs to help our residents maintain dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life possible. What You'll Do Provide hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding based on each resident's care plan Support restorative care — helping residents maintain or regain independence through range-of-motion exercises and safe ambulation Assist with toileting, transfers, and daily living needs with patience and respect Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the charge nurse Keep accurate, timely documentation of care provided Help create a safe, homelike environment for residents and follow infection control and safety protocols Why Work Here Supportive team environment where your work is valued and your voice is heard Opportunities to grow your skills through ongoing in-service training Meaningful work - build real relationships with residents and make a lasting impact Stable schedule with day and evening shift options
