•Wednesday 2:00PM-10:00 PM position. You'll have every Thursday and Friday off , giving you a consistent weekend to recharge. This role is much more than just giving care. You'll be one of the first people our residents see each morning. Your organization, attention to detail, and calm presence help set the tone for their entire day. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Excellent attention to detail A calm, organized approach under pressure Someone who follows policies and procedures consistently A team player who communicates well with caregivers, nurses, families, and providers Someone who genuinely enjoys serving older adults Daily Responsibilities Ensure medications are administered timely for your assigned residents. Chart note any resident change of condition. Complete regular alert charting as instructed. Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team. Assist team members as needed with resident bathing, dressing and grooming ADLs. Assist team members with escorting residents to the dining room and serve during meal periods. Why Colonial Court?
