Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses) Current Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) in Washington Current CPR certification (can be obtained after hire) Required Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree Successful completion of a Washington state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
