Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and flexible On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable and willing to pick up shifts as needed to support resident care and staffing coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Prepare and assist with meals in accordance with resident dietary needs and preferences Support medication management, including reminders and/or administration per facility policy and state regulations Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents Follow care plans and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications:
Active CNA/HCA certification Current CPR/First Aid certification Nurse Delegation certification (required) Diabetes training/certification (required) Valid Food Handler's Card Experience with or willingness to assist in meal preparation and medication support Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours, including short-notice shifts Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
Schedule:
On-call / as-needed basis Must be available to pick up shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
