The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. As a CNA , you will support residents with daily activities, monitor their health, and assist healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care. Your commitment to patient well-being and your ability to work collaboratively with medical staff will make a significant impact on the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Provide catheter care and assist with other personal hygiene needs. Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by nursing staff. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members. Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols. Support nursing staff in various tasks. Experience Prior experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for effective communication within the healthcare team. Ability to handle medical records accurately while maintaining patient confidentiality.
