Job Summary:
The caregiver provides hands-on and supportive non-medical care to clients who need assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, reliable, respectful, professional, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities:

Toileting Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age Be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Be legally authorized to work in the United States Successfully complete required background check Be willing and able to work in clients' homes and provide care according to their individual service plans.
Physical Demands:
Caregivers may be required to assist clients with lifting, transferring, stabilizing, standing, sitting, walking, and navigating stairs. The position may require the ability to stand, walk, lifts, push, pull, carry, bend, crouch, reach, balance, handle objects, speak, hear, read, write, and communicate effectively.
Working Conditions:
Caregivers provide services in clients' homes within Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR. Work schedules may vary based on client needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend, or early morning shifts.
