We are currently seeking a compassionate and responsible caregiver to join our team as a Part Time NOC Shift CNA/HCA, where your compassionate care and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Perfect for those passionate about providing high-quality patient care during overnight hours. As a key member of our caregiving staff, you will support residents with dignity, ensure their safety, and assist with daily activities in a dynamic long-term care Adult Family Home setting. Typical shift hours are Thursday-Saturday 9pm-7am, 30 hrs weekly. This can be flexible to meet the right candidates needs. This is an awake shift. Responsibilities Provide compassionate direct patient care during overnight shifts, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor residents' vital signs and observe for any changes in condition, reporting findings promptly to management. Assist with patient transfers using proper manual handling techniques to ensure safety for both residents and staff. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Respond swiftly to emergencies or urgent needs Experience Prior experience working as a CNA or HCA in long-term care facilities, assisted living communities is highly preferred. Experience working with geriatric patients or specialized dementia or memory care. Certifications in CPR/First Aid are required; additional certifications listed below.

Oversee and provide care for the 6 residents in the home light cooking light cleaning Medication passing
Qualifications:
We require CNA, or HCA Nurse Delegation Certificate Dementia Training Certificate Mental Health Training Certificate CPR/First Aid Food Handlers Certificate 1st and 2nd Step TB May Be Obtained after
Hire:
