Compensation:

$18

• $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times. Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their independence. Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team. Support residents during meals, encouraging nutritious choices and assisting with feeding as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following established protocols and infection control measures. Engage residents in social and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident's unique needs and preferences.
