We are looking to hire both FULL TIME and

PART TIME

Caregivers/CNA's/Med Passers for our memory care community, The Manor at The Meadows. We are looking to fill positions on our PM shift. MUST have experience working in a memory care with those that have Dementia/Alzheimer's. ALL positions require working every other weekend. Responsibilities (not all inclusive)

• Provide personalized care and assistance to residents in the memory care community.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate medical staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote cognitive stimulation.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of residents' information.

• 1000 for Part Time & $1500 for Full Time (Conditions of Employment must be met) The Manor at The Meadows is a sister community to The Meadows of Fond du Lac.
