Work Schedule:

Various days Monday - Friday starting between 5:15 am - 8:00 am with on-call rotations (6-9 weekends per year, 2-3 weekdays/month, and one holiday/year).

Job Description :

Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act. Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.

Qualifications:

If LPN, Wisconsin LPN license required. If Medical Assistant, AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
