Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Technician (Med Tech Cert) (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab in Greendale, Wisconsin. As a Medication Technician (Med Tech Cert) (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting a positive and uplifting environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring the highest level of personal care and dignity for our residents Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavioral patterns to the nursing team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and games Participate in in-services and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and guidelines in long-term care
Requirements:
Med Tech Certification Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience as a CNA preferred
