1st/2nd Shift PRN applicants WELCOME! Located in Tomah, WI 7.5-Hour Shifts 74-Bed Facility Must hold a current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) . What You'll Do Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care Understand and follow infection control procedures Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vitals Report all violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately What You Bring Completed
CNA/STNA
