Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team. Support residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and dignity. Collaborate with fellow team members to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. Engage residents in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to foster trust and transparency in care delivery.

Qualifications:

Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in a healthcare setting. Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Proven track record of effectively monitoring and documenting health status changes. Strong communication skills to foster trust with residents, families, and team members. Ability to engage residents in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
