Responsibilities may include:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and mobility Take and record vital signs as required Assist with meals and hydration Answer call lights and respond to resident needs Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Follow resident care plans and facility procedures Maintain a clean and safe resident environment Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team What You Need Active Wisconsin CNA certification - required Must be at least 18 years old Dependable and professional Strong communication skills Ability to safely perform the physical duties of a CNA position Reliable transportation to assigned facilities

Preferred:

Requirements:

Experience:

At least one (1) year of caregiving experience. and/

OR License/Certification:

CNA and / or Wisconsin CBRF Standard Precautions Certification (Preferred) Wisconsin CBRF First Aid and Choking Certification (Preferred) Wisconsin CBRF Fire Safety Certification (Preferred) Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration Certification (Preferred)
