As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence while building a workplace rooted in respect, teamwork, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide various care tasks for our patients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, passing meal trays, resident transfers, and assisting with ambulation Utilize PCC (Point Click Care) charting experience to accurately document resident care Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Rotate weekends and holidays with competitive pay and shift differentials
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing Great customer service skills Passion to work with the aging population Excellent communication skills Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays Why Choose Medical Suites at Oak Creek?
