Job Description
The Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse will provide professional nursing or medical assistant care as needed at an industrial clinic in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds. Coordinate provider schedules and appointment, enter orders and prepare patient charts. Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification. Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in-office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations. Maintain exam rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards. Ensure appropriate levels of medical supplies for each patient room. Schedule patient appointments for lab draws, and process lab work as needed.
