Experienced caregivers wanted! You will enjoy working with BBH and the many people we serve! Come check us out! Seeking dependable staff who understand attendance and reliability are important as well as a positive and can-do attitude. We aim to provide the best care possible to our current long-term and short-term residents. We have many positions currently open to help staff this new initiative (2 staff per 4 beds for 24/7 care). We are excited to be affiliated with an organization so dedicated to quality care! You can be a part of helping provide this much needed service!!! (BBH Resident Assistants are trained to work in each of our five AFH facilities in the Tomah area.) FT shifts are 3 days per week and include every other Sat and Sun. We pay weekly! 12 hour shifts available. 8a - 8p and 8p - 8a (awake NOC shift) Additionally hiring TWO appointment provider positions M-F 8a-4p (with flexibility for early and later appointments)

Scope of Position :

Our Resident Assistants follow daily program details set forth by Blackberry Hill Inc, while keeping in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Education Requirements:

Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent This person may also be either a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or have experience like that of a CNA.

Competitive Compensation:

CNA certification: $20/hour Experienced caregivers without CNA certification can earn $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience and certifications held.
