What You'll Do Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and resident safety Observe residents and report changes in condition promptly Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures Accurately complete documentation and record-keeping, including vital signs Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately What You Bring Completed
CNA/STNA
