Job Description
12 Hour CNA The Trempealeau Co. Health Care Center has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant, working 12-hour shifts. (4) day shifts 6 am
- 6 pm and (2) night shifts 6 pm
- 6 am. You will work closely with residents and have the potential to advance into other areas with further training. $20
- $21.
Hours:
4 days of 6 am- 6 pm (weekdays) 2 nights of 6 pm
- 6 am (weekend) Rotating holidays and every other weekend
Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities and daily living needs of our clients
- Document and charting as required
- Complete vitals as client care plans require
- Assist with mealtime responsibilities
- Keep the living area safe and clean for clients
- Assist with client transfer needs as requested
- Follow all care plans such as doctor's orders, treatment plans, or other instructions provided
