Job Description
3rd shift nursing home setting Job description: The Trempealeau Co. Health Care Center has an opening for a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant on the 3rd shift. You will work closely with residents and have the potential to advance into other areas with further training. $20.00 - $21.50/hr 10 pm - 6 am Responsibilities
- Assist with activities and daily living needs of our clients
- Document and charting as required
- Complete vitals as client care plans require
- Assist with mealtime responsibilities
- Keep the living area safe and clean for clients
- Assist with client transfer needs as requested
- Follow all care plans such as doctor's orders, treatment plans, or other instructions provided
