Job Description
Job Summary The Trempealeau Co. Health Care Center has an opening for a full-time Relief Certified Nursing Assistant on our behavioral health units. You will work closely with residents and have the potential to advance into other areas with further training. $22.00 - $23.50 per hour All shifts
- Assist with activities and daily living needs of our clients
- Document and charting as required
- Complete vitals as client care plans require
- Assist with mealtime responsibilities
- Keep the living area safe and clean for clients
- Assist with client transfer needs as requested
- Follow all care plans such as doctor's orders, treatment plans, or other instructions provided
