Our House Senior Living | Whitewater, WI | Full-Time Our House Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director to join our team in Whitewater, WI. This is a full-time position, generally scheduled Monday through Friday. What You'll Do Help hire, train, and supervise our Resident Care Assistant team Build and maintain the team's monthly work schedule Oversee medication check-in/check-out and daily charting related to medications and resident status Support paperwork and processes across human resources, operations, and marketing Manage weekly grocery shopping for the community Share on-call rotation responsibilities and step in to provide direct resident care when needed Take on other duties as assigned to support the team and residents What We're Looking For At least one year of experience working with seniors in long-term care (preferred) Background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Resident Care Assistant is a strong plus Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail and sound decision-making skills A compassionate, flexible, and welcoming personality that fits a close-knit team Experience with interviewing, training, scheduling, or supervising staff is a plus — we're willing to train the right candidate High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a health care-related field preferred Why Join Our House Senior Living Competitive salary Generous vacation time Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Ongoing training and professional development A fun, team-oriented work environment where you're supported and valued If you're passionate about making a difference in seniors' lives and ready to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
