Job Description

Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) for a growing orthopaedic practice, with duties including patient exams, medical history assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, assisting in surgery, administering treatments, documenting visits, and providing patient education. No supervisory responsibilities. Develop and implement care plans, prescribe medications within regulations, and counsel patients on health topics. Requires completion of accredited PA or MSN with active license, with ongoing continuing education and recertification.
Skills/Abilities:
Competency with diverse patient populations, strong clinical judgment, and EMR experience preferred.
Physical requirements:
Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to chemicals and bodily fluids.
