Shift:

Night 3x12-Hour (19:00•07:30) Day 3x12-Hour (07:00•19:30) Responsibilities Performs routine patient care, support, and related non-professional household services necessary to meet hygiene and comfort needs of homebound patients. Integrates education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and cooperation from patients and families. Exercises sound judgment and clinical skills to support the patient's plan of care based on diagnosis in a timely manner. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety. May perform specific procedures and/or teaching duties. Requirements & Experience CNA License from AK required BLS certification required Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Minimum 2 years of experience Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing Epic charting experience preferred 2 professional references within the last year required Must meet 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at local rate)
