Certified Nursing Assistant Elkins, WV Healthcare OPEN Job Description Class:
CNA Note:
•Two week schedule rotation - 2 days one week, 4 days the next

be more than a 100 miles away from the facility
Order Notice:
Nurses wear navy blue and CNAs wear gray. Appropriate work shoes should be worn. Crocs are not allowed to be worn in the facility, per policy.

RN RATE NOTICE
- RN's working on weekdays (3rd shift Sunday thru 2nd shift Friday) will be paid out at the centers LPN approved rate.
