This role provides essential support in patient care across various settings, including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, and home care environments. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature, ensuring accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist with medical procedures including catheter care, phlebotomy preparation, and medication administration under supervision. Operate patient transfer methods safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts and ensure proper manual handling techniques. Requirements Valid CNA certification recognized by the state. Basic life support (BLS) certification is required;
