Home Health Certified Nursing Aide CNA Job Summary:
Pathwell Health, a trusted and community-focused home health care provider, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our team. As a Home Health CNA, you will provide routine individualized healthcare to elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at their homes or in care facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and socialization to clients Escort clients to recreational activities and medical appointments Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment Help clients with personal care needs, such as medication reminders and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Assist clients with self-care skills and maintain complete and accurate documentation of care Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to client care Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
One year of caregiving experience (preferred) Part-Time role available West Virginia HHA (preferred) or CNA (required), Driver's License, Car Insurance, and Car Registration Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer relationship skills

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
