Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) West Virginia About Our Facility A premier long-term care facility nestled in the scenic mountains of West Virginia. Our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center provides a warm, home-like environment for our residents. We specialize in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care services. Our modern facility features spacious patient rooms, therapeutic recreation areas, beautifully landscaped courtyards, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment. We pride ourselves on maintaining high quality care standards while fostering a supportive, family-oriented atmosphere for both residents and staff. Position Summary Full-time CNA position providing compassionate care to residents in our long-term care facility.   • Valid CNA certification (CNA Compact License preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to lift and assist residents Schedule & Pay
  • Night Shift:
    11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM or (3 x 12 nights/week)
  • Evening Shift:
    3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM or (3 x 12 evenings/week)
  • Paid Lunch
  • Pay:
    $15.50
  • $26.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Shift differentials available Key Duties
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals)
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
  • Follow safety protocols and infection control measures
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Full Benefits Package
