Hours/Week Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide assistance with bathing and personal hygiene. Assist with meal setup and support residents during meals as needed. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Assist nursing staff with routine patient-care activities as directed. Maintain respectful and compassionate interactions with residents, families, and healthcare staff. May be required to float between the facility's two floors based on staffing needs. Requirements Current and active CNA certification/license as required by Wyoming. Minimum 1 year of CNA experience , preferably in long-term care. Current BLS certification .
