Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders to deliver exceptional care.
Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce.

Lead successful regulatory surveys and implement continuous process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current Alabama Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire and relocation.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a progressive senior leadership role within long-term care.
Experience working in a unionized environment is required.
Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, financial management, quality improvement, census development, and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
