Job Description

Dermott City Nursing Home is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility in Dermott, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional care to our residents. This leadership role requires strong management skills and a dedication to maintaining a safe, compassionate, and efficient environment for both residents and staff. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and resident care services. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff. Maintain high standards of resident care and safety. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality of care and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and regulatory agencies. Prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Valid Nursing Home Administrator license for the state of Arkansas. Proven experience in nursing home administration or healthcare management preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
